I am a Navy vet and recently closed my VA loan for my new home with Tim Storm. Tim was my loan officer and he made the whole process as easy and painless as possible. Tim was extremely patient, organized, and thorough. He presented multiple loan scenarios for us via email, provided additional scenarios upon request, video explanations of scenarios and loan packages. He is very customer service oriented and ensures that his clients have all the information needed to make decisions. Tim was very professional, returned all calls, great communicator and is very transparent. I can’t recommend him highly enough for any vets out there looking for home loans. Tim did a great job of demystifying the VA home loan program.
